Process After Receiving Your Online Quote
- The quote is reviewed by a qualified team member to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- A member of the team contacts the customer via Phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, with WhatsApp preferred for fastest response.

- Berks & Sparks provides available installation dates, and the customer selects a convenient option.
- The installation is booked. We send the customer an estimate and Schedule of Works, along with a deposit invoice to cover the cost of the charger and to firm up the installation date. We also request the MPAN number for DNO approval. Once the deposit is paid, we order the charger.
- On the installation day we arrive at the agreed time, typically 9:00 a.m. for an AM installation or 1:00–2:00 p.m. for a PM installation. We install the charger, a process that generally takes 2–3 hours depending on complexity. A power outage may occur for 10–20 minutes, and we work around your power needs.
- Upon completion, we test, commission, and hand over the charger, and we assist with the app setup to ensure you can start using the system immediately.
- Final documentation and confirmation are provided, including any relevant warranty details and aftercare information.
